Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms apply to the Vaulto mobile application for Android and iOS and its landing page, operated by Deepak Gupta, iDeepTech, India. By using Vaulto, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Vaulto is an offline digital vault. It collects no app user data, contains no ads or tracking, and stores your vault data only on your phone using AES encryption. It provides no cloud uploads, synchronization, or cloud backup.
Using Vaulto
You may use Vaulto to organize your cards, IDs, and personal documents for lawful purposes. You must not use the app or website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to another person’s information, or interfere with the website’s availability. Vaulto branding and original content belong to their respective owners; using the app or website does not transfer ownership rights.
The landing page and availability
The countdown represents a planned launch date, not a guaranteed release or a promise that every described feature will be available on that date. Features, supported devices, and release timing may change. This website does not currently offer downloads, purchases, or vault storage.
Cards and personal documents
Only store information and documents that you own or are authorized to keep. You remain responsible for having the necessary permissions and using information lawfully. Storing a digital copy does not make it an official document or guarantee acceptance by a bank, government agency, or other organization. Keep originals where required.
Device security and data
Vaulto stores vault data only on your phone, protected using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption. We do not collect or hold your vault data, and the app does not upload, synchronize, or back it up to a cloud service. There is no server-side vault copy for us to restore.
You are responsible for protecting your phone and access credentials. Device loss, damage, deletion of local app data, or loss of access credentials may result in permanent loss of your vault contents. We cannot remotely retrieve or recover your vault data.
No storage system can guarantee absolute security. AES encryption helps protect stored information but does not remove every risk of loss or unauthorized access, including risks from a compromised phone.
No data collection, advertising, or tracking
Vaulto does not collect app user data, display ads, or track your activity. Information you add to the vault is processed locally on your phone. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices and separately describes the landing page and any email correspondence you initiate.
Information and availability
We aim to keep Vaulto and its website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and applicable law
We may update the app, website, and these terms as Vaulto develops. Revisions to these terms will show an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections or rights that apply to you under applicable law.
